The way we work

  • Efficiency

    Cypad

    Cashless System

We use Cypad, a digital monitoring service that weekly records all food and labour costs. This supports us to provide an efficient school meal service; from children selecting meals, through managing production, recording what meals have been taken, to paying for them, providing performance indicators and monitoring our service.

The Cashless System is in place in most of our schools to ensure a faster and seamless daily service for pupils and staff.

    Support team

    Independent auditor

Your allocated support team is an accessible extension of your own staff.  We develop our services through events such as Parent Taster sessions and monthly school meetings.  We evaluate how we’re doing through termly focus groups; commission and collate year round feedback and change and flex to meet evolving school needs.

In addition we use an Independent auditor to carry out annual in depth site inspection and provide feedback via verbal and written reports.

    Not for profit agenda

    Consortium

As an established and reputable provider of school meals for almost 70 years we deliver a not for profit agenda.  We keep our costs low with no incremental rises or hidden surprises!  What you see is what you get and wherever possible, we go the extra mile to deliver the service we’re passionate about in a way that feels right for you and your school.

Achievable as we’re in a consortium of 7 London Borough to ensure cost effectiveness and access to high-quality fresh foods
