Forest Eco Rangers

Eat healthily, save the planet!

The world needs your help.

Join our Forest Eco Rangers and eat healthily to save the planet!

One of the best things we can do is shift to a planet-friendly diet.

That means focusing more on fresh, minimally processed, and plant-based foods, such as whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and legumes and consuming less red meat and dairy.

That’s better for our health and better for the planet.

Read below ways we're working with schools to encourage eating eco-tasty meals.

Watch this space for our future plans!

“At Waltham Forest Catering we want to empower young people to chose a more sustainable food system and eat their favourite recipes without it having a toll on the environment,” Christine Cornell, Head of Waltham Forest Catering
