With an established team of over 250 commercially trained and fully vetted staff, we pride ourselves on providing schools in East London with a local, high quality, cost effective and customer focused service that includes full absence cover. Our professional team's main focus is to be an accessible extension of your school staff.

Our strategy for recruiting and retaining staff at all levels is to ensure that they are not just passionate about food generally but about feeding our children and young people well.

    James has an overall responsibility for leading our catering service to deliver the best standards possible. A qualified chef and an experienced manager in the school meals sector within London, James is supported by a great team of over 300 employees all with an enthusiasm for tasty and nutritious meals children will love.

    Operations Manager

    Bringing many years of Education Catering expertise to play in leading on nutrition, Sue ensures that menus and recipes are fully compliant with all relevant guidance and legislation.

    Natalie is responsible for the commercial operations across all of Waltham Forest Council's services to schools and for providing strategic leadership to our service.

    Sandra takes on the day to day administrative tasks within the catering office situated centrally in Walthamstow.

    Bradley is in charge of our financial reporting and finance business partnering.

    Sev’s role is to manage all our marketing activities, this includes developing our long term marketing strategy in line with our key objective to provide value for money nutritious food.
